Sweet Australia provides:

  • Online information about Australian desserts, including Lamingtons and Anzac Biscuits
  • In-person and virtual dessert-making workshops

  • Custom dessert ordering services
  • Educational resources and community features

Our services are designed to celebrate and share the joy of traditional Australian desserts through modern, candy-style presentations inspired by the fun spirit of Sweet Bonanza.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

4. Workshop and Webinar Terms

Booking and Payment

  • Workshop bookings must be paid in advance
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the workshop: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

Participation Requirements

Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during workshops. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Sweet Australia and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

By submitting content to our website (such as reviews, photos, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content.

Recipe Usage

Recipes learned in our workshops may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written permission from Sweet Australia.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking workshops. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Medical Conditions

Participants with medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely should consult with their healthcare provider before attending workshops.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in our workshops, you acknowledge that cooking activities involve inherent risks and you assume all responsibility for your participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sweet Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

In no event shall Sweet Australia's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sweet Australia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweet Australia and our partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
